There is a volunteer opportunity on Thursday, Dec. 6. This is a SMUS sponsored event and transportation and a chaperone are provided. Organizers of the Jingle Mingle event need 10 people to help take down decorations from 8 to 10:30 p.m. Boarders would get to miss prep, but with houseparent permission ONLY. The bus will leave SMUS at 7:50 p.m. at Crothall and will return back by 10:40 p.m.
Jingle Mingle is a premier social event, attended by more than 350 of Victoria’s community, social and business leaders in support of the BC Cancer Foundation, hosted at the Fairmont Empress Hotel.
