Habitat for Humanity is holding its Gingerbread Showcase at the Parkside Hotel from November 17 to January 6. This is where people come to view fabulous gingerbread creations from talented amateur and professional chefs. These chefs have spent hundreds of hours creating completely edible gingerbread displays.

They are seeking volunteers over the seven-week period to supervise and be on-site to make sure things run smoothly (and that no one eats the displays!). Shifts are between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and are 3 hours long.
