GALLERY: Junior School Students Photograph Health and Wellness Week

To wrap up Health and Wellness Week at SMUS last Friday, the Junior School offered a variety of activities to students.

I was lucky to get to work with students interested in photography. The group of Kindergarten to Grade 5 students learned camera basics and a couple of easy composition techniques, before we headed out for some photographic fun! We toured around the school documenting all of the other Health and Wellness activities their classmates were enjoying, including ballet, gardening, comic book design, visiting a makeshift spa and yoga.

What resulted was a series of terrific photos – from fun selfies to beautiful macro photography – taken by students in Kindergarten to Grade 5. Above is a gallery of student photographs.

Photos by Junior School students Oliver, Ryan, Matthew, Gabe, Matty, Liam, Ronan, Avli, Ming, Rupert, Owen, Roshan, Cate, Tommy, Jeffrey, Sam and Rhys.
