As technology becomes more prevalent in all of our lives, the challenge of being mindful and living life the way we want to also increases. Using the latest brain science, this session will help answer the questions: How do we balance between “Fast World” and “Slow World” skills? What role does mindfulness play when it comes to technology? What does the current brain science say? With the help of Grade 4 teacher Heather Sandquist, and Grade 5 students Lauren, Josie, Tyson and Cole, this Brain Session focuses on how we can apply ideas of mindfulness in our fast-paced technology-driven lives.
