Best School Year Ever Answers the Question “What If?”

For the past three years, The Best School Year Ever® boarding scholarship contest has challenged students across North America to ask themselves this question: “what if?” For one student in particular, today is the day that “what if?” becomes reality.

St. Michaels University School is pleased to announce that Will Barry of Rothesay, New Brunswick is the winner of The Best School Year Ever full-year boarding scholarship. Starting this September, Will becomes part of the SMUS family and the pursuit of his best school year ever will begin.

We hope that he will be joined by The Best School Year Ever finalists Meg Montgomery of Lantzville, British Columbia and Leah Balter of Baltimore, Maryland, who also received scholarship offers.

“The Best School Year Ever boarding scholarship contest has introduced us to hundreds of incredible young people over the last few years,” says Head of School Bob Snowden. “Their video entries have delighted, impressed and reminded us again and again of the power of the potential in our youth.”

This unique video contest – aimed at students entering Grades 8-12 and giving away a full year of tuition to live and study at SMUS as a boarder – will return next year. Sign up to our email list at www.BestSchoolYearEver.ca to be notified about contest dates.
