Welcoming Winter with Artwork

SMUS-JrSchool-WinterArt-Owl-02

The students at the Junior school celebrated winter through their art before they left for winter break!

The Grade 5 students made snowflakes out of twigs, the Grade 4 students designed, drew and coloured their own original snowflake, each one as unique as they are!

The Grade 2 and 3 students painted winter scenes with owls and polar bears, and the Kindergarten children painted magical, colourful Christmas trees and drew snowmen full of snowflakes.

And to celebrate the holiday season, the Grade 3 students made mixed media paintings of a Partridge in a Pear Tree!
