The Didi Society is governed by a Board of Directors. The members of the board are responsible for the direction, oversight and leadership of the organization. The society is young (reaching three years in March) and that brings challenges that are unique to growing, young organizations. Board members need to be resilient and committed to growing the organization.
This is a long term commitment of 2-3 years depending on the individual. You can expect to dedicate 10-15 hours per month on activities, meetings, tasks, and events relating to the society. The board meets monthly for 1.5 hours.
