Black History Month

Students from around the world celebrated Black History Month in one of the most exuberant and power-packed chapel services of the year. We hear about the Badagry Slave Port in Nigeria from the Shokoyas, poetry from Paris Lowe, some personal notes from the Boroto family and a sweet version of Stevie Wonder’s Superstitious.

You can also listen to Deep River, an anonymous spiritual of African American origin, with a solo by Kalkidan Amare.
