The Queen’s Leadership, Excellence and Development Conference (QLEAD) has become one of the most influential student-run and university-based business leadership conferences in Canada. Since its inauguration in 2001, QLEAD has continued to evolve to meet the needs of high school students who are passionate about leadership and interested in its application in the business world.
