Alumni, Parents and Friends Play for a Cause

This Monday, 112 golfers took to the Victoria Golf Club course for our annual Alumni & Friends Golf Invitational in support of the Alumni Endowment Fund. The diverse group, comprised of men, women, parents and alumni, enjoyed a seasonable and sunny afternoon oceanside. As incentives for great play – or great luck – there were opportunities to win big prizes with a hole-in-one, but none were taken home this year. There were other rewards on hand however, with participants walking away with new golf bags, a three-hour boat cruise and a tour of Bernard Callebaut Chocolates (including champagne and tastings, of course).

Congratulations to top team Gisèle Di Iorio, Maeve Glen, Shelby Donald, and Scott Piercy and to Susanna Crofton ’80, one of the top golfers of the tournament. Thanks to Steve Tate ’98 and all our organizers, volunteers and guests who continue to make this event a wonderful success.
