Selby Knudsen, SMUS 2011, at Boston University

SMUS-University-Counselling

The Honors College focuses on expanding our base of education and exposing us to new ideas. The freshman year is based on two different classes, the writing studio and the freshman seminar. The freshman seminars are all taught by leading professors in their respective fields. The course I’m taking on autism is taught by the leading autism lawyer in the United States and the head of Autism International. These classes have been an invaluable experience. Apart from classes, we have gone to ballets, plays and lectures meant to introduce us to local culture and expand our knowledge. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is interested in BU.  -Selby  [And of course, there’s the Red Sox!  Selby (second from right) with friends at Fenway Park) – Mr. H]
