The Sierra Club BC is looking for passionate, creative, and committed interns to get active on their campaigns and work closely with their campaign team and local communities. This summer, Sierra Club BC will be hitting the streets, engaging and mobilizing communities across the province to get active in standing up for environmental justice, protecting wild spaces, and keeping communities healthy.
They are looking for interns for their Flathead River Valley Campaign, Energy and Water Campaigns, and a Public Outreach and Events Coordinator Intern. Intern duties include supporting campaigners on a variety of different tasks, such as event planning, public outreach, media engagement, lobbying, research, and developing educational materials. They are also looking for folks to help work their information booth at various events, hand out information, get petitions signed, letters written, give presentations, and educate and engage folks to take action.
