Help Others ‘Walk for Fitness’

The Esquimalt Recreation Centre (527 Fraser Street) is looking for a few assistants for their weekly Walk for Fitness program. It will run on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm from May 25 – Aug 31. Volunteers will assist the program leaders and participants, and need to have experience leading groups in an exercise program. They are looking for energetic people to help the participants as they learn about ‘fitness walking’ and make their way through the workouts.
