Volunteer to keep track of Volunteers!

Craigdarroch Castle is seeking a volunteer to create and maintain a spreadsheet or database system to track their volunteers’ hours. The volunteer will be responsible for setting up the system, back-entering data from 2011 and then continuing to update the data once a week or month (depending upon their preference). The ideal candidate will be able to work with Microsoft Office and be capable of entering data accurately. The initial set up will probably take 8 hours of work, and ongoing maintenance will be approximately 1 hour per week (or 4 hours per month).
