Relive some history

Point Ellice House is an Historic Site and was the family home of the O’Reillys for three generations, 1867 to 1975. Through their family diaries and letters, we know more about their daily life than any other Victoria family.
You have an opportunity to develop expertise about this important era of growth and change in Victoria and British Columbia.
If you might be interested in being involved in guiding visitors round this unique heritage house, to raise awareness about early Victoria and a pioneer family’s day to day life, please contact Mrs. Dell is the volunteer coordinator, and is arranging a special experience for students 12 and up, to be junior ambassadors for this museum and its collection of Victorian and Edwardian artifacts.
