Class of 2010 Continues Tradition of Outstanding Scholarship Offers and Worldwide Acceptances

For the fourth year in a row, the grad class at SMUS has reached the $1 million milestone in scholarship offers with a total of over $1.2 million as of April 30th, 2010.

The class has received acceptances at universities across the country from Vancouver Island University, UVic, UBC, and the University of Calgary to Carleton, Western, Queen’s, the U of T, Waterloo, McGill, and Dalhousie.

We’ve had acceptances at most of the Ivy League Universities including Harvard, Princeton, Cornell, U Penn, Dartmouth, and Brown.

Art and music schools continue to attract our students with acceptances at the Savannah College of Art and Design, the Rhode Island School of Design, the Curtis Institute of Music, the Manhattan School of Music, the Pratt Institute in New York, and the Art Institute of Chicago.

California is well represented with acceptances at Stanford, UC Berkeley, the University of Southern California, the University of San Francisco, Pepperdine, and UCLA. Other prestigious US universities include Vassar, Colgate, Bard College, Reed College, Johns Hopkins, George Washington University, and NYU.

Students have been accepted at many universities in Great Britain including Cambridge, St. Andrews, Cardiff University, the University of Glasgow, University College of London, Strathclyde, and Bath. And other international post-secondary acceptances feature the Geneva School of Diplomacy, Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, the European Business School, and Glion in Switzerland.

Again, the grad class is poised to begin their post-secondary pursuits across the globe.

  1. Reads very impressvily. I continue to hope SMUS will require the top 20% of its kids to apply to Ivies or like schools.
