In my Grade 6 science class, there were two ladies from Swan Lake. They told us about how a snake eats and smells and also had a diagram of the inside organs. There was snake skins and even snake skeleton, but the best part was the two snakes, Peach Pits and Checkers. Peach Pits is a python and Checkers is a corn snake. We all got to hold and touch the snakes. We learned some cool things, like how snakes smell with their tongues. Well, actually, we learned lots of things but all in all it was a great day.
